Why attend psychotherapy?

* If you feel depressed for a long time, if you feel that you are losing interest in life; * If any loss has occurred; * You have been under stress for a long time and old methods no longer help to restore emotional balance; * It has become difficult to concentrate on work and getting up in the morning is becoming more and more difficult; * To gain inner peace and faith in one's own strength, to understand which direction is best for everyone; * If you are faced with a choice and it is difficult to decide which choice will be the best for you; * What to do if you have reached a "dead end"; * Eating plays an increasingly important role in the course of the day; * Guilt has become the best "friend"; * Even if there are friends or other people around, the feeling of loneliness still makes itself felt; * To understand and evaluate what one choice will bring and what another will bring.
