Right now, many people's minds are filled with compassion, concern and the desire to protect themselves and their families. It is very appropriate for this unimaginable situation. Concern in this case indicates the ability to empathize, as well as the ability to adequately assess what is happening next to you. However, it is very important to remember yourself, your body and your needs. Keep an eye on your sleep pattern, and also watch what happens with physical activities and your relationship with food. In emotionally difficult situations, it is always important to remember to follow a daily routine and spend time in the fresh air. You should pay the same attention to yourself that everyone would pay to their child - enough time for sleep, healthy diet, enough time in the fresh air and limited use of TV and gadgets. It is also important to remember that active action helps in situations of increased stress, as well as planning the next steps, writing a diary and doing comfort things. I wish everyone to take care of themselves and notice that spring is coming.
