What are the things that everyone can do for themselves to feel better mentally and physically?
Absolutely elementary, because everyone knows them, but a reminder will not hurt anyone.
Although some are easier to implement, some are more difficult, I would recommend thinking about it until you get to the aha moment and become addicted to the new habits.
*So: starting the morning with exercise, spending 15-30 minutes on it would be great.
*Consume a lot of fruits and berries.
*Walk 6 km a day in the fresh air, it is recommended to replace walking with jogging or cardio training 2 times a week,
Take care of the melotonin level and use warm - not blue light, even better red light in the evening.
* Do not look at the phone or TV an hour before going to bed.
*Before going to bed, write down all the important or disturbing events in the diary, so that the mind is also relieved and organized before sleep.
